I’m sure many of you are familiar with the online services that allow you to sift through hundreds of nanny or sitter profiles. This process can take hours with lots of back and forth communication through email, eventually scheduling an appointment to meet one on one at your home, time spent waiting for them to arrive, and the possible disappointment and frustration if they do not show as planned. This is one option in finding a caregiver for your children; however, there is an easier, less stressful, more time-efficient, personal approach.

Many busy moms and dads prefer the benefits of working with a local agency. Using a local agency saves you time by narrowing the search down to qualified candidates that meet the specific profile you desire. A local agency interviews all candidates in person checks their references and background, but also provides a nanny expert to guide you through the process, either in person or over the phone.
