We are often asked about insurance and whether we accept it. Motherhood Center cannot accept insurance payments directly — but many of our clients are reimbursed for our various services by their insurance provider.
Verify coverage with your provider before booking. Coverage depends on your individual plan, and we are not able to contact insurance companies on your behalf.
Although we don’t accept insurance directly, our team prepares the documentation many providers require for reimbursement. Pay at the time of service, then submit a claim with the codes below.
FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Care Savings Account) cards are accepted as payment for the majority of our services and classes. Please contact your FSA/HSA provider for the latest rules on what your funds can be used for.
Many employers now offer supplemental maternity and family-planning coverage that goes beyond a typical insurance plan. Ask your benefits team about plans through Carrot, Peppy, Maven, Cleo, Progyny, or Kindbody — they often cover doula care, lactation support, and education classes.

Email billing@motherhoodcenter.com after your appointment to request an itemized receipt with the relevant CPT and ICD codes. We’ll send the documentation your provider needs to process the claim.
File the claim with your insurance provider directly. Reimbursement depends on your plan — keep a copy of your receipt, and reach back out if you need supplemental codes for a specific service.
