We are often asked about insurance and whether or not we accept it. At our center, we cannot accept insurance payments directly. Although Motherhood Center doesn’t accept insurance, many of our clients do get reimbursed for our various services by their insurance provider.
We recommend that you verify coverage with your insurance provider and whether they will be able to provide reimbursement for the products and services we provide prior to booking and paying for your services at the Motherhood Center. Coverage for services will depend on your individual insurance provider and the specific plan that you have. Please contact your provider directly, since we are unable to reach out to insurance companies ourselves or on our customers’ behalf.
FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Care Savings Account) cards are accepted as a form of payment at the Motherhood Center for the majority of our services and classes. Please contact your FSA/HSA provider for more information on what your funds can be used for and their reimbursement policies.
Many companies are now offering additional maternity and family-planning health coverage, often with supplemental insurance plans that provide more coverage than what a typical insurance plan provides. Check with your employer if they offer any of these types of plans or additional benefits. Some examples of these plans and providers are Carrot, Peppy, Maven, Cleo, Progyny, or Kindbody.
