We are looking for professional Full-Time Family Assistants to place with families in Houston. We strive to advocate for both our clients AND our Family Assistants to ensure both parties are supported and satisfied with one another and the agreed terms of employment.

Scheduling and children’s ages may vary, but we are looking for Family Assistants wanting Full-Time work (35+ hours/week). Our ideal candidates will be comfortable working with children of all ages, multiple children at once, and have work experience as a Personal or Family Assistant.

A Family Assistant acts as the right hand to execute any needed errands or administrative tasks related to the family or their business and will identify needs before the family recognizes or relays them. It is an all-encompassing position that requires the individual to be proactive and seek out ways to simplify the family’s life while adhering to the needs made of them.

We seek someone trustworthy, reliable, punctual, loyal, proactive, caring, nurturing, a good communicator, and passionate about working with children. We seek Family Assistants to keep children entertained and engaged and implement creative and educational games and playtime.
