The Baby Doula Program allowed me to be more present during those precious first weeks as a new mom. After going through an 8 year infertility journey, the last thing I wanted was to be in a constant daze from lack of sleep, but I was torn on accepting outside help. It takes A LOT to entrust someone with something as precious as your newborn. I felt reassured that I was in good hands with Gabriela and her experienced team of doulas. I first became familiar with The Motherhood Center through my work at RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. It always stood out to me that an establishment that existed solely around motherhood supported those of us struggling to build our family. Ever since, I have wanted to become a client. This year that want was fulfilled!

What's your favorite thing about being a parent (so far!)
Oh, so many things! The way my son discovers the world around him is top on the list.
