We are looking for professional Full-Time Nanny to place with family in the Houston area.
We strive to be an advocate for both our clients AND our nannies to ensure both parties are supported and satisfied with one another and the agreed terms of employment.

This family, located in the River Oaks area, is searching for a Nanny who is available to work a minimum of 40 to 55 hours a week, with some overnights.
The family has two children ages 6 years old and 3 years old.

The family has no pets.

Start date: ASAP

The hours will be: Friday through Monday (four consecutive days)

This on-the-go family with 2 working parents is looking for a nanny who is a total pro – a professional, reliable, loyal,
confident and positive person who is polished and knows how to read a room, including social engagements and who has
a natural warmth and love for children.

The family values a candidate who is a self-starter and sees an opportunity to maximize and expand their role within the
household, including managing busy schedules and activities related to the children and assisting with school-related
assignments and development.

Being detail-oriented, engaging and experienced with HNW families is vital to this position as you will routinely
arrange travel, kids events, and other social engagements.
The right candidate is a team player who excels at working with others and seamless transitions as the candidate
will be part of a team that includes an executive assistant, chef, 2 additional caregivers and housekeepers.

–  A background in early childhood education and development or experience as a family assistant is also helpful.
–  Helping the children with educational development for pre-k and 1st grade is essential.
–  Must be open to traveling with the family both nationally and internationally and have a valid passport.
–  Nanny must be a strong swimmer.
–  Flexibility is key, including flexibility to fill in for other nannies as needed.

Spanish as a second language would be great, but not required.

Safety is of utmost importance.
The family is very private, and the candidate must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Confidentiality agreement.

Compensation: Salary is dependent upon experience, background and qualifications and is highly competitive
within the Texas market.
Benefits are open to discussion, including health insurance.

• At least 21 years of age
• High school graduate
• 3+ years of professional nanny experience
• Recent and relevant references (at least 3 professional childcare related references)
• Fluent in English
• CPR Certification
• Pass extensive background check
• Current Car insurance
• Valid Driver’s License
