Hello everyone,
It's truly hard to believe that we are celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Motherhood Center's founding. What started as an idea - a need I felt deeply - became so much bigger than I could have ever imagined.
My first set of twins that I cared for.
Over the years, we have served more than 55,000 clients. Every client has a story, and every client is a cherished part of the Motherhood Center family. I'm forever grateful for the trust our clients have shared with us. From the time we started building out various classes, curricula, and service offerings, we always had our clients in mind - constantly asking ourselves how we could best support them.
Now, 25 years later, we remain consistent with our services and class offerings while adapting to new needs and finding innovative ways to support our clients. (More on that soon!)
Just as it takes a village to raise a child, mother, or father, it takes a village to support our clients. I'm truly blessed to have worked with such an amazing team! Over the years, I have collaborated with hundreds of talented caregivers: doulas, nannies, babysitters, massage therapists, yoga and fitness instructors, educators, lactation consultants, and numerous vendors and associates. And of course, all the wonderful office and center team members - schedulers, coordinators, guest services associates, and our executive team.
I will be forever grateful to have been able to expand my Czech and American family, as many of our clients and team members have truly become family to me. So this is a toast to everyone who has been on this incredible entrepreneurial journey with me - I could not have done it without you!
Gary & I received a Proclamation from the Mayor of Houston. Motherhood Center Day is May 15th.
And an extra special thank you to my husband, Gary. You are my rock, and I'm so happy we are on this journey together. Here's to Motherhood Center and to Motherhood Center 3.0! With love and gratitude, Gabriela
