What We Offer
- Full-time position with competitive pay: $46,000–$56,000 depending on experience plus commissions

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in client interactions and team support
- Manage Front Desk, Massage, Education, Exercise, retail inventory and displays
- Educate clients on our services to deepen engagement and loyalty
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales and service goals
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and sales results
- Assist staff members with daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, manage opening and closing shifts, weekend hours, and occasional after-hours responsibilities to ensure the success of the business
