We are committed to empowering new families through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor Doula to join our growing birth support team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.

As a Labor Doula, you will provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to clients during labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. Responsibilities:
- Provide prenatal consultation to establish rapport and birth preferences
- Offer continuous labor support, including physical comfort, emotional reassurance, and informational support
- Work collaboratively with partners, family members, and medical professionals
- Remain on-call for clients within agreed-upon timeframes and be available for questions throughout pregnancy
- Maintain accurate records and submit post-birth documentation
- Provide a postpartum visit to discuss client's birth and offer recovery and newborn informational support
Requirements:
- Certified Labor Doula (DONA, CAPPA, ICEA, or equivalent) or equivalent experience and education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience attending births
- Demonstrated knowledge of childbirth education, comfort measures, and labor variations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and grounded under pressure
- Must have reliable transportation and a flexible, on-call schedule
- CPR certification required
- A background in Labor and Delivery Nursing is a plus
