Prenatal, Postnatal and Just Because Massages

We recently conducted a survey of over 1,000 of our recent massage clients to find out how we are doing and what we can do to enhance their experience at the Motherhood Center.  We were pleased to hear the positive feedback about our team, and that our clients rely on us as the go-to experts in prenatal massage for Houston’s soon-to-be-moms. Our massage therapists received many compliments about how they have an appreciation, understanding, and knowledge regarding pregnancy and postpartum bodies.  Our clients said they have complete trust when they are massaged by our team.  It’s wonderful to hear that you love our massage and spa services, and and that you happily spread the word to your friends and family about us- Thank You! In addition to the high marks of praise we also were provided with constructive feedback on how to improve the client experience by creating more massage packages, discounts, and specials to our clients, and to extend massage times for our working moms for evening and weekend hours (which we are now offering).

Some of our clients were not aware that:

• They can book massages on-line
• We offer massages for non-pregnant clients {couples, grandmothers, sisters, friends}
• We offer induction massages for pregnant clients who have reached their due date
• We offer hot stone and deep tissue massages for non-pregnant clients
• We offer postnatal massage after you deliver your baby to help release restriction in the muscle tissues
• We offer babysitting services at Motherhood Center Monday and Tuesday 11 am - 3 pm for our massage clients
• We are now open 7 days a week and we offer massages in-home or at Motherhood Center.

Meet Jane, one of our Senior Massage Therapists

I would like to take this opportunity to highlight our senior massage therapist of nine years – Jane!  A New Orleans native, Jane has lived in Houston for the past thirteen years.  Motherhood Center feels very fortunate that Jane accepted the position with us.

Jane’s devoted clients have had two sometimes three pregnancies while getting a massage from her. When we recently did the math, Jane has massaged over 9,000 pregnant clients at the Motherhood Center.  I would say Jane is a pregnancy massage expert! What do you think?
