View all FAQs →There’s no minimum requirement for days or nights per week, but we do ask for a minimum of 6 hours during the day and 8 hours overnight. Our services are available 365 days a year!
Our fee structure is straightforward: $45 per hour for daytime care and $48 per hour for overnight care.
To request Newborn Care services, simply complete your Family Online Profile and sign the Service Agreement.
A 20% deposit, based on your estimated total, will secure your booking and be applied toward your weekly services once they begin. One of our team members will personally review your details and follow up with you to ensure everything is ready for your little one’s care.
At the Motherhood Center, we know every family’s needs are different—some like to plan well in advance, while others prefer to wait until closer to their due date or even after their baby arrives. To help us provide consistent care and reliable scheduling, we recommend signing up as early as possible.
Our goal is to ensure you have the same trusted caregiver for all your requested days and nights, with backup support available if needed. Flexibility is at the core of our service: we offer custom scheduling options and built-in backups for emergencies or illness.
Once you’re onboarded, our coordinators are available seven days a week to ensure seamless care for your family.

At Motherhood Center, we focus less on titles and more on your family’s unique needs. Whether you need support during the day or overnight, we tailor our services to provide personalized newborn care and postpartum wellness, ensuring your family gets the care that truly fits your life.
We make it easy for families to meet their prospective caregiver before services begin.
After the meeting, our team follows up to gather your feedback. If the match isn’t quite right, just let us know - we’ll happily find a caregiver who’s the perfect fit.
Our goal is to make this experience smooth, reassuring, and comfortable for your family.
We understand that cancellations may happen, and we do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the Baby Doula’s arrival, a cancellation fee will be applied for half (or 50%) of the requested service hours.
Should you need to cancel 12 hours prior to the Baby Doula’s arrival, a cancellation fee will be applied for the cost of the full service (or 100%).
We value open communication and encourage families to share any feedback with our team so we can work together toward a resolution.
Should a family decide to cancel any remaining contracted time, the deposit for those weeks will be forfeited.
