We are looking for a full-time Front of House Manager who will be the heartbeat of our daily client experience and the connective tissue between our care team and leadership.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position at the center of everything our clients see, feel, and experience.

You will oversee and coordinate our Guest Services team, massage therapists, educators, and fitness instructors - ensuring that every touchpoint, from the first phone call to the final class, reflects the warmth and professionalism Motherhood Center is known for.

You will also serve as a key liaison between our front-line team and our Operations Director and Founder, translating vision into daily execution.

This role is equal parts people leadership, operational coordination, and culture-keeping. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes it meaningful.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading, supporting, and scheduling our Guest Services team to deliver a consistently exceptional client experience
  • Coordinating across massage therapists, educators, and fitness instructors to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Serving as the primary communication bridge between front-of-house staff and the Operations Director and Founder
  • Anticipating client needs and resolving issues with grace, speed, and good judgment
  • Onboarding and mentoring team members in alignment with Motherhood Center's standards and values
  • Monitoring the rhythm of the center — classes, appointments, spa services — and proactively managing any scheduling or coverage needs
  • Upholding a physical environment that feels safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained
  • Supporting special programs, events, and community initiatives as they arise

Who You Are:

  • An experienced leader in hospitality, wellness, healthcare, or a similarly client-centered environment (3+ years preferred)
  • Someone who leads with presence — calm, warm, and decisive, especially when things get busy
  • A natural communicator who can translate between the energy of a busy floor and the priorities of senior leadership
  • Highly organized, with the ability to coordinate multiple departments and personalities without losing your footing
  • Someone who takes genuine pride in the details — the greeting at the door, the follow-up after a difficult appointment, the team member who needed a word of encouragement
  • Deeply aligned with the mission of supporting mothers, families, and the people who care for them
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and emotionally intelligent

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You will be visible, engaged, and present — leading from the floor, not from a desk.

Schedule:

Motherhood Center is open 7 days per week.

This role requires flexibility, including opening and closing shifts and weekends, to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.

Pay: $ 52,000 to $ 62,500, depending on experience, plus commissions
