New Mom Self Care and Support

Wouldn’t it be nice to remember who you are as a woman as you develop who you are as a mother? Our postpartum class covers topics that will help you parent more intentionally. We’ll  talk about how your identity shifts as a mom and how things like perfectionism and anxiety can get in your way. You’ll also learn ways to feel more present, figure out what matters most to you and set goals that stick. Each week you will have an opportunity to practice a new relaxation exercise, and you’ll meet other moms who will be learning right along with you.
