Mom & Baby Yoga and Fitness class offers an opportunity for you to regain strength and flexibility, to bond with your baby, and to connect with other moms and dads. The class begins with a series of gentle warm-ups and yoga postures designed specifically for a new mom. It focuses on strengthening the entire body to help you face the physical challenges of life with a new baby. You may involve your baby in the movements or place your baby on a blanket next to your yoga mat. You are encouraged to take a break at any time to nurture or feed your baby. Babies are encouraged to express themselves in their own way during class and there are no expectations placed on the way a baby should behave. The class ends with gentle baby yoga and massage. Mom & Baby Yoga and Fitness is suitable for all levels.
