Raise your comfort level with labor coping tips and techniques in a private one-on-one class. Explore ways to incorporate breathing, relaxation, and visualization throughout each stage of labor in order to manage anxiety, tension, and pain. Mothers and their partners will practice different labor positions, learning why and when they are effective. This private class is designed for both expectant mothers and their support partners to practice and experience various coping techniques in preparation for labor and childbirth. We suggest taking this private class late in pregnancy during the last month (34-38 weeks).
Class requires that clients have taken a childbirth class previously or are second-time parents looking for a refresher. Comfortable clothing and/or workout attire recommended for practicing positions and skills.
