We are looking for professional Full-Time Family Assistant or House Manager to place with family in the Houston area.
We strive to be an advocate for both our clients AND our house managers to ensure both parties are supported and satisfied with one another and the agreed terms of employment.

This family, located in the Tanglewood area, is looking for a Family Assistant or House Manager who is available to work
a total of 45 hours per week.
The Family Assistant or House Manager would take on tasks around the home and care for their 4-year-old daughter
and the family’s 5 dogs (3 large and 2 small breads).

Start date: ASAP

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm (during the school year)
Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (during summer and school breaks)

The family is looking for a high-functioning organized Family Assistant or House Manager with attention to detail
and great communication skills.
The person must be responsible, reliable, passionate, patient, nurturing and value honesty and integrity.

Tasks to include but not limited to:

– Scheduling and overseeing household maintenance
– Holiday decoration retrieval, unpacking and replacement
– Inventory and replenishment of household supplies
– Refrigerator and Pantry inventory and clean-out
– Lunch and dinner meal prep for the family as needed
– Closets and toys cleanout
– Specialty laundry hand washing and handling

– Care for the dogs including feeding, walking and overseeing vet and grooming appointments (will be in-house)

The family is looking for someone who will be with their family long term.

Travel with the family is expected in the future, nationally and internationally.
The candidate will also be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA).
Spanish as a second language would be a bonus.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school graduate
  • 3+ years of professional nanny experience
  • Recent and relevant references (at least 3 professional childcare related references)
  • Fluent in English
  • CPR Certification
  • Pass extensive background check
  • Current Car insurance
  • Valid Driver’s License

Compensation: $ 30 to $ 35+ per hour (depending on experience)
