We know things have changed, but we are committed to serving Houston’s families, just as we have for the past twenty years. While the Motherhood Center is open by appointment, we understand that visiting us in person right now doesn’t make sense for many families. As a result, we’ve shifted our focus to ways we can serve you right now, even from a distance.
Virtual Baby Bump Socials
We’ve taken our popular Baby Bump Socials online. These are interactive sessions where you’ll have a chance to ask our experts your questions and virtually meet other parents to be. Even better – our Baby Bump Socials are completely free!
Live-Streaming Educational Classes
We want you to feel as prepared as you can for the arrival of your little one! We are now offering live-streaming options for our Pregnancy 101, Breastfeeding, Newborn Care, and Childbirth classes. These classes will be taught by our subject matter experts, kept small like they are at the center, and interactive so you can ask questions as you have them.
Interested in a more personalized approach? Any of our educational classes can be private sessions either virtually or in-person.
Live-Streaming Fitness Classes
Self-care during pregnancy is more important than ever. We want to make sure you still have a chance to take care of yourself right now. We are offering live-streaming options for our prenatal yoga and fitness classes so you can keep moving and virtually connect with other moms-to-be.
Virtual Labor Support
With changing hospital policies, many families don’t have access to the support they planned to use during their labor and deliveries. While we can’t be with you in the hospital in person, we can be with you via live stream and video conferencing. Our labor doulas are highly experienced and will serve as a coach and an advocate for families as they welcome their babies into the world.
