The Motherhood Center offers an escape from the troubles of the world in our softly lit massage rooms which feature luxurious linens, extra soft cushions on each table, and peaceful music to put your mind at ease. Remember when you book your massage to allow some time before to enjoy a hot shower or linger a while after and take in the beauty of rejuvenation every massage brings. Come store any personal belongings you might have in our locker room, slip on a robe and enjoy some well deserved pampering. Your only job when you are here is to relax.

Prenatal Massage - Prenatal massage helps the mom to be by relieving muscle cramps, pain in the back, neck, hips and legs and also helps to stabilize hormone levels. Tired of swollen hands and feet? Prenatal massage increases blood and lymph circulation which can reduce swelling and fatigue. first trimester form - 60min/$85 or 90min/$120

Postnatal Massage - Remember when you weren�t pregnant? Postnatal massage can help your body to, by returning it to a pre-pregnant condition through assisting in the restoration of abdominal wall and uterus to a normal state, help realign body weight to original distribution and revive your emotional state to help you move through post-partum depression. Newborn babies need a great deal of attention and this can take a lot out of you, postnatal massage can help by relieving muscle tension and stress, so indulge in some pampering you not only deserve it, you need it. - 60min/$85 or 90min/$120

Swedish Massage - A relaxing and therapeutic full body massage which uses long strokes and kneading techniques to help reduce tension headaches, improve concentration and promote more restful sleep. One hour of a Swedish massage is the equivalent to three hours of sleep. Swedish massage also helps to reduce both emotional and physical stress and improve circulation in the body. - 60min/$85 or 90min/$120

Deep Tissue Massage - This massage focuses in on the specific needs of your body. Deep Tissue massage uses slower and deeper strokes to key in on muscles suffering from chronic muscle tension and helps to release this tension. Deep Tissue massage helps to break up and eliminate scar tissue, and release toxins from muscles to get blood and oxygen circulating properly. - 60min/$85 or 90min/$120

Child Massage - a relaxing full body massage based on Swedish and Indian techniques. The benefits of child massage include: decreased muscle tension, enhanced immunity function, increased focus and concentration, supported nervous system development and an overall sense of relaxation and wellbeing. Child Massage lasts for 30 minutes and requires the presence of a parent or caregiver. If you have any questions regarding the health risks to your child, it is advised to first consult a doctor in order to determine if massage is appropriate for your child. Be advised that there are certain incidences when massage should not be performed in cases of fever, infection, inflammation, acute injuries and sickness. - 30min/$40

Hot Stone Massage - During a hot stone massage your therapist will use traditional Swedish strokes holding a heated basalt rock. The temperature of the rocks allows the therapist to work deeply without using deep pressure. Hot Stone Massage helps alleviate problems with back pain and aches, poor circulation, stress, and muscle tension. This massage is deeply soothing and rejuvenating. - 45min/$70 (upper-body concentration) or 75min/$120 (full-body)

In Home Massage - A massage therapist will bring a massage table into the comforts of your own home and provide to you the same relaxing massage you would receive at The Motherhood Center all without you ever having to leave your doorstep. Please allow fifteen minutes prior to your massage appointment time, so that the therapist may set up their table. 60min/$115 or 90min/$145

Couple's Massage - Couples Massage is a great way to share quality time with someone special. You will both receive a massage in the same room at the same time. 60min/$160

Reflexology - Reflexology is a healing system in which specific points on the feet or hands, known as reflex points, are manipulated to bring about changes in other parts of the body. These reflex points are believed to correspond to every major organ, gland, and area of the body. Reflexology helps alleviate problems with migraines, sinus trouble and constipation. This treatment will restore energy flow and stimulate the body�s own natural ability to heal itself. You will experience an overall feeling of well-being and relaxation. 30min/$45 (feet only) or 45min/$65 (feet and hands)

Cancellation Policy- Clients must call The Motherhood Center 24 hours in advance or will be charged 50% of the original price. This charge includes cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to call or arrive for your appointment will result in a charge in the full amount of the massage.
