Prenatal YogaThe Motherhood Center encourages expecting mothers to join our Prenatal Yoga classes. Many of our clients take yoga for the first time. We assure you that regardless of previous experience or skill level of yoga, our instructors can accommodate differing fitness levels and your specific needs. Regular exercise builds bones and muscles, gives you energy, and keeps you healthy. It is just as important when you are pregnant. |

Mom & Baby Yoga & Fitness
These classes provide an opportunity for you to regain strength and flexibility, to bond with your baby, and to connect with other mom or dads. The class begins with a series of gentle warm-ups and yoga postures designed specifically for a new mom. Mommy & Me Yoga focuses on strengthening the entire body to help you face the physical challenges of life with a new baby. |

Mom's Yoga (With cruisers to walkers)Toddlers are wonderfully playful and curious! This phase of development is so much fun to experience with your child, but it can be extremely demanding for parents as toddlers are “on the go” most of the time. Mom and Toddler Fitness will help you prepare for some of the challenges by allowing you to exercise in a safe environment with an experienced instructor. |

Core YogaA mixed level class, Core Yoga is great for those looking to get in shape (or back in shape) and find steadiness and serenity to counter stress and tension. A moderately-paced, Ashtanga-based, Hatha yoga class designed to build core strength, flexibility, and a calm nervous system, with continued emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment of the body and mind. Beginners are welcome! |

Mommy Fitness
Take your fitness to a new level with this fun and challenging class designed to boost your metabolism, build lean muscle, improve your posture, and energize your day. This high-energy class combining strength training, aerobic exercise, interval and resistance training concepts is great for all levels of fitness, but especially for those wanting to ‘get back in shape’ post-pregnancy. |
If you don’t have a mat or forget it at home, we have yoga mats for rent for $2 and available for purchase.
