The Motherhood Center began selling the Nap Nanny in December 2009. We have only sold Nap Nanny’s second generation models (sold to vendors beginning on August 15, 2009 and after) If you purchased your Nap Nanny from us, please visit the Nap Nanny website, http://www.napnanny.com/recall, to view the latest warnings and instructional video. This video demonstrates how to properly use the Nap Nanny, and will tell you about the hazards associated with improper use. (This updated model can be identified by the Velcro straps inside the cover, which attach to a ring, securing it to the foam base.)
If you purchased your Nap Nanny at ANOTHER STORE, please contact the vendor to determine if you own a First Generation Nap Nanny. These are the only Nap Nannys (sold prior to August 15, 2009) being recalled. If you purchased your Nap Nanny from ANOTHER STORE, please visit: http://www.napnanny.com/recall to inquire about returning it for the new model.
Please note that The Nap Nanny should NEVER be used in a crib, on a bed, or any surface other than the floor.
